YOGA FOR MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT

Some people think Yoga is a religion, but perhaps that’s because sessions of Yoga with Valerie feel so heavenly.

For thousands of years, yogis have studied the way the body responds to Yoga postures, breathwork and poses. Yoga is an accepted body-healing science around the world because it so obviously allows people to tune and true their bodies with hundreds of specific movements and postures (known as asanas) that have been time-tested to being rejuvenation, relaxation and longevity.

Valerie is a skilled Yoga teacher who patiently and accurately prescribes and demonstrates Yoga movements for clients based on their individual needs. Her individual or group Yoga classes have a meditative and calming ambiance that imparts neuromuscular vitality that heals long-standing diseases and dysfunction. Valerie’s Yoga recommendations will help you increase flexibility, improve muscle tone, reduce stress, and combat aging. Yoga is sometimes referred to as “the dance of the sages.”
